Even though some are affiliate links, All my words are true and honest, as I never promote anything I don’t believe in!

As a busy mom yourself, how do you find the time to get everything done? Before I found this amazing planner my life was pure CHAOS. You have probably read my post with the featured image as a shirt with the words “chaos coordinated ” imprinted on it because of Y’all I used to be extremely UN-organized!

Appointments, schedules, and even social events all had become a nightmare to try to handle! I desperately needed to be a more mom AND stepmom!

My kids(and hubby) were constantly asking me, where is this, where is that.. and you all know as mothers we have to know where everything is at all times! I was just horribly unorganized!

I swear I never saw “home organizer” in any of the paperwork I signed up for to be a mommy! Oh yeah, there was NO paperwork explaining anything!

Silly me I forgot us “moms” are just supposed to know these things. Not only know them but be experts in all areas!

I am sorry to inform you, I was nowhere near an expert then, I’m not one now, and honestly, I probably never will be.

But the thing about that is, I don’t have to be!

Wait, what?

You heard right! I do not have to be an expert organizer, expert cook, and cleaner, an expert anything for my kids to still love and adore me. They still think I am superwoman and for that, I am truly grateful!

I do wish I could get better at everything “mom” but one step at a time, right?

So I decided to take the step and try to organize my schedule and appointments first. So I hopped on Pinterest to find the best way for me to accomplish that.

Although I hate to admit that I wasted a lot of paper, ink, and time, printing out planners, worksheets, etc just to never use them. Some were filled with so much extra that my family and I would NEVER use, others were poorly arranged and well, they just didn’t work for me for anything except a good fire starter!

Then I found the “Deliberate Mom” pin and went on to the website. At first glance, I found a beautiful website design with Christian-based principles and uplifting words and praises!

I saw messages of hope and post with titles that drew me in all the way! I also saw where I could get several different choices for planners and workbooks!

Of course, that was my next stop!

All the content that Jennifer, creator of Deliberate Mom, is beautifully made and you can defiantly see through her work, how much time and dedication she spent on these designs! I couldn’t help myself, I had to have them! You can see the collection that’s available now HERE!

Included in this collection is a beautiful and VERY HANDY Christmas Planner that was a must have for me this past holiday season!

This was my first year trying to be organized for every holiday and this planner helped to put me in the exact spot I needed to be to accomplish that!

Another way I found to work very well with my family is the Cozi App!

Create a Cozi account for the whole family today, and keep your family’s schedules and lists organized in one shared calendar. It’s FREE!

Maybe you feel like you need to become more productive before you can actually even start to organize? If this is you, click here to get the 4 Weeks to a More Productive Life Freebie!

How do you stay organized? Alongside the planner, I put all of my important dates and events into my Google calendar, and hung sticky notes on the fridge!

This is a huge step for me, Y’all just don’t even know!

I also included one more goal for this organizing challenge I made for myself and it is to start keeping memories(funny things the kids did or say, sweet memories with my hubby and kids, what I learned etc) in a journal.

Well, guess what? There is a Perfect Parenting Journal available at the exact same place I found my perfect planner! How crazy is that?

Right now there is a BUNDLE DEAL on the journal and workbook too! I would defiantly take advantage of that now if I were you! If you do decide that any of the content is the “one for you” like I did, tell them A Blended Momma sent you!

So now that you know my little secret of how UN-organized I used to be, I hope you don’t tell everyone, but I hope you do go and check out these amazing products, and even better I hope they work for you as well, as they have for me!!

Now I need your help, what do you do to STAY organized, what’s your favorite technique?

How do you keep your KIDS & HUBBY organized if they aren’t willing to change with you?
